O mesmo deve ser entregue at\u00e9 o 3\u00ba dia \u00fatil do m\u00eas subsequente, a falta\u00a0\u00a0a entrega acarretar\u00e1 em advert\u00eancias e puni\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9e7df62 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"9e7df62\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c971f16 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"c971f16\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f5fac34 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f5fac34\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Faltas e Atrasos<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-51b1d0d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"51b1d0d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"189\" data-end=\"509\">Faltas, atrasos e sa\u00eddas antecipadas s\u00e3o consideradas aus\u00eancias ao trabalho, <strong data-start=\"266\" data-end=\"315\">conforme estabelecido neste C\u00f3digo de Conduta<\/strong>. Elas podem ser abonadas ou n\u00e3o justificadas. Toda aus\u00eancia ao trabalho deve ser previamente comunicada ao seu superior (exceto quando voc\u00ea estiver impossibilitado por motivo de for\u00e7a maior).<\/p><p data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"821\">Afastamentos m\u00e9dicos s\u00e3o regularizados com a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de atestado m\u00e9dico, preferencialmente at\u00e9 dois dias do in\u00edcio do afastamento, <strong data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"692\">de acordo com este C\u00f3digo de Conduta<\/strong>. Nestes casos, o repouso semanal remunerado \u00e9 pago, embora o dia de falta seja descontado.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0450b0b e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"0450b0b\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c11cce e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"3c11cce\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb79e7a elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"eb79e7a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Faltas n\u00e3o Justificadas \n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-06c377a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"06c377a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>S\u00e3o aquelas n\u00e3o previstas em lei ou em acordo coletivo, de acordo com o <strong data-start=\"255\" data-end=\"276\">c\u00f3digo de conduta<\/strong> da Pretop. O motivo da falta n\u00e3o \u00e9 aceito pela empresa.<br data-start=\"332\" data-end=\"335\" \/>Nestes casos, al\u00e9m do desconto do dia de falta, o repouso remunerado tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 descontado. Estas faltas, bem como os atrasos injustificados, s\u00e3o pass\u00edveis de medidas disciplinares conforme o <strong data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"546\">c\u00f3digo de conduta<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"547\" data-end=\"550\" \/>As faltas n\u00e3o justificadas s\u00e3o consideradas quando da concess\u00e3o de f\u00e9rias e 13\u00ba sal\u00e1rio. Para efeito de 13\u00ba sal\u00e1rio, \u00e9 abatido 1\/12 avos do total devido pela empresa, caso haja aus\u00eancia ao trabalho por per\u00edodo superior a 15 dias em cada m\u00eas. Os usu\u00e1rios somente poder\u00e3o utilizar ve\u00edculos e m\u00e1quinas compat\u00edveis com a categoria de sua carteira e com treinamento especifico;<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><ul><li>Somente conduzir ve\u00edculo com carteira de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o definitiva e treinamento de dire\u00e7\u00e3o defensiva. Se o colaborador ter menos de 2 anos de CNH somente com autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o\/avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><ul><li>Antes de cada viagem, o usu\u00e1rio, obrigatoriamente dever\u00e1 realizar uma rigorosa vistoria no estado geral de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o do ve\u00edculo a ser utilizado tais como: n\u00edveis de \u00e1gua, \u00f3leo e combust\u00edveis, far\u00f3is, freios, calibragem de pneus, step, extintor de inc\u00eandio, tri\u00e2ngulo de sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, enfim, todo estado geral de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o do ve\u00edculo e registra-lo na planilha de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><ul><li>As viagens dever\u00e3o ocorrer sempre dentro dos hor\u00e1rios de in\u00edcio e t\u00e9rmino de cada jornada de trabalho do usu\u00e1rio; (Topografia de 07:00 as 11:00 e 12:00 as 16:48 hs) e (Geoprocessamento e administrativo de 08:00 as 12:00 e 13:00 as 17:13 hs) e n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 permitido fazer o mesmo fora do expediente salvo em casos onde a empresa fa\u00e7a a libera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d365005 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d365005\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8fc1d1e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8fc1d1e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Estes setores s\u00e3o os respons\u00e1veis pelo planejamento, execu\u00e7\u00e3o e controle da pol\u00edtica de seguran\u00e7a e sa\u00fade do trabalho de nossa empresa, definida na nossa pol\u00edtica de qualidade e no manual da qualidade. Dentre os principais programas de sa\u00fade da Pretop, podemos citar: PGR, LTCAT, PCMSO, Estudo ergon\u00f4mico e laudo de insalubridade.<\/p><ul><li>Os limites de velocidade e todos os demais procedimentos de tr\u00e2nsito dever\u00e3o ser rigorosamente cumpridos conforme preconiza o c\u00f3digo nacional de tr\u00e2nsito, a velocidade para estradas n\u00e3o asfaltadas deve ser no m\u00e1ximo de 60 Km\/h, mas observar o seu estado de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o e quando tiver chuva o limite passa para 40 Km\/h;<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><ul><li>O zelo e o estado geral de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o do ve\u00edculo s\u00e3o de INTEIRA responsabilidade de cada usu\u00e1rio, portanto, deve-se evitar o m\u00e1ximo que um motorista fa\u00e7a uso de v\u00e1rios carros. Fica a cargo de cada usu\u00e1rio, informar ao seu superior imediato da necessidade de se fazer as revis\u00f5es de seu ve\u00edculo, especialmente, aquelas de praxe enquanto o ve\u00edculo permanecer na garantia. A Pretop conscientiza seus funcion\u00e1rios quanto a Seguran\u00e7a do Trabalho atrav\u00e9s de DDS, palestras, CIPA, treinamentos internos\/externos e simulados.
