No Esp\u00edrito Santo, o \u00f3rg\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel pela implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do CAR \u00e9 o instituto de Defesa Agropecu\u00e1ria e Florestal (IDAF) e o sistema de registro que integrar\u00e1 as informa\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 o Sistema Integrado de Monitoramento e Licenciamento Ambiental (SIMLAM).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a85f12 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"1a85f12\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4b32b72 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-size-default\">Por que  aderir ao CAR?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-647e48b e-flex e-con-boxed e-con para planejamento do <a href=\"https:\/\/pretop.com.br\/v3\/topografia-e-geoprocessamento\/\">im\u00f3vel rural<\/a>, o CAR ser\u00e1 pr\u00e9-requisito para obter autoriza\u00e7\u00f5es do IDAF, como licen\u00e7as ambientais e autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para explora\u00e7\u00e3o florestal e queima controlada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O documento tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 exigido pelos cart\u00f3rios de registro de im\u00f3veis para unifica\u00e7\u00e3o, desmembramento ou aliena\u00e7\u00e3o das propriedades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outro aspecto importante \u00e9 que, a partir de 2017, os bancos s\u00f3 disponibilizar\u00e3o cr\u00e9dito para as propriedades rurais que aderirem ao rurais que apresentem passivos ambientais identificados no CAR.
